Rockstar Roofing Return and Refund Policy

If you have a purchased a product from our store, you will be able to request a return and refund provided that the request is made within 7 days from date of collection/delivery.

To request a return, you will need to send an email to shop@rockstarroofing.co.za with the order information.

Rockstar Roofing will process a return and refund on the following terms:

• You will be able to request a return and refund provided that the request is made within 7 days from date of collection/delivery (no returns will be accepted after 7 days).
• Rockstar roofing will not accept any returns that have been opened / damaged.
• Rockstar Roofing will be allowed to inspect the product and send the product to the OEM supplier for testing prior to processing any refund (non-compliance with the manufacturers specifications, negligence, user abuse and/or incorrect usage will result in zero refund).

Rockstar Roofing will happily accept your return in the following scenarios:

• The product(s) is returned in the same condition in which it was in when it was when collected / delivered to you.
• The product is faulty or damaged, subject to Rockstar Roofing and its suppliers having the right to first inspect the product(s).
• The incorrect product was delivered to you.
• The order is incomplete and you wish to return the order.

A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.

Rockstar Roofing is committed to customer satisfaction and will offer free advice regarding application of the products, however there is no guarantee on the efficacy of the waterproofing as we have no control over the product use or application thereof when it leaves our warehouse. Rockstar Roofing will not be held liable for use / incorrect use of the products which may result in damages if applied incorrectly.
